Minty Grape Cooler
Heat Rescue!
Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. Cook combined sugar and water for 5 minutes.
2. Cool slightly and pour over mint leaves.
3. Add lemon juice.
4. Cover and let steep for 1 hour.
5. Strain.
6. Add grape juice.
7. Just before serving add chilled ginger ale.
8. Garnish with mint sprigs and add ice.
9. Makes 2 quarts.
