Herbal Flair for Baked Chicken!
For a refreshing taste change to baked chicken, use fresh spearmint leaves, salt to taste, 2 or 3 Tablespoons of butter, and a cupful of additional spearmint and add to the cavity of the chicken
before baking. Garnish the platter with mint sprigs.
