Frosted Lavender Cookies

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dried lavender leaves
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder 
1/2 teaspoon salt
Confectioner's (powdered) sugar
Rosewater

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Put eggs, margarine, sugar, and lavender (in that order) into blender.

3. Run on low until well-mixed.

4.Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.

5. Add other ingredients, and stir until well-blended.

6. Drop dough, a teaspoonful at a time, onto ungreased cookie sheets.

7. Bake until lightly browned.

8. Place cookies on racks to cool.

9. Blend enough rosewater into the confectioner's (powdered) sugar to make a smooth frosting.

10. Let them set until the frosting is firm.
