Herb Salt

Shake on Some Flavor!

Ingredients:

1 cup sea salt or kelp
4 Tablespoons dried parsley
4 Tablespoons dried basil
2 Tablespoons dried mint
2 Tablespoons dried rosemary
2 Tablespoons dried tarragon
2 Tablespoons dried thyme
2 Tablespoons dried dill weed
2 Tablespoons dried lemon balm
2 Tablespoons dried paprika

Instructions:

1.  Place ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.

2.  Blend, in batches, in a blender or food processor.

3.  Store in a glass container or in decorative shakers.

4.  This herb salt is a concentrated mélange of flavors and is good on any dish that requires several herbs.
