Mint Sugar
Sweet Flavoring for Tea or Baking!
Ingredients:
1 cup of granulated sugar
4 to 6 fresh mint leaves
a few drops of green food coloring
Instructions:
1. Put mint leaves and sugar in the blender or food processor with the green food coloring.
2. Blend on high until well mixed.
3. Dry the sugar overnight on a cookie sheet before storing for later use.
4. Can be used just like sugar.
5. Sprinkle over plain cookies, grapefruit, or in tea.
6. For an attractive garnish, roll little green grapes in this sugar.
