Crystallized fresh mint leaves (or just more mint leaves)

Instructions:

1.  Pack vanilla ice cream into a mold to form a 1-inch layer over sides and bottom.

2.  Press a layer of mint leaves against the ice cream to cover it completely.

3.  Fill the center with the orange sherbet to within 1 inch of the top of the mold.

4.  Cover with another layer of mint leaves.

5.  Fill the mold completely with a final layer of vanilla ice cream.

6.  Place the mold in the freezer.

7.  Just before serving, unmold and decorate with either crystallized mint leaves or additional mint leaves.
