Lavender Bath





This relaxing aromatic bath blend soothes and restores aching limbs.  Great after a particularly rough day!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup lavender blossoms

1/2 cup dried comfrey leaves

1/2 cup Epsom salts

10 drops lavender essential oil



Instructions:

1. Blend well and store in a pretty container.

2. Use a handful per bath to restore aching limbs.
