Herb Butter




Herb Butter:

Melt some to brush on hot corn-on-the-cob; excellent with hot vegetables or broiled fish, steak or poultry.

Ingredients:

1 cup softened butter
1 teaspoon  minced dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried basil 
1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Instructions:

Beat all together at high speed in a small mixing bowl until fluffy.  Keep in tightly covered container in refrigerator.  Melt some to brush on hot corn-on-the-cob;  excellent with hot vegetables or broiled fish, steak or poultry.
