Rosemary Chicken Baste

Absolutely Delicious!

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons unsalted margarine
2 Tablespoons sherry
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

Melt the unsalted margarine in the microwave.  Stir the sherry and herbs into the melted margarine.  Use a basting brush to brush onto chicken pieces before roasting, grilling or frying.
