Roast Beef Seasoning




Roast Beef Seasoning:

Use 2 Tablespoons per roast, the last hour or so of cooking.

Ingredients:
  
3 Tablespoons dried parsley
2 Tablespoons dried rosemary 
2 Tablespoons dried chives
1 Tablespoon dried summer savory
1 Tablespoons dried minced garlic
1 Tablespoon dried thyme

Instructions:

Mix well and store in covered jar.  Use 2 Tablespoons per roast, the last hour or so of cooking.
