Herbal Bath Sachet

Hang these lovely sachets from the tub faucet to create bubbles and stimulate, soften and soothe skin.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Rosebuds and petals

1 oz. Lavender Flowers

1 oz. Rosemary leaves

1 oz. fine oatmeal

1 oz. Powdered milk

2 cups Borax

Muslin or Cheesecloth drawstring bag with ribbon or string long enough to hang from the faucet

Instructions:

1. Combine the ingredients and use 2 Tablespoons per bath.

2. Fill muslin or cheesecloth drawstring bag and hang it from the faucet as the tub fills so the oils and fragrances are "steeped" into your bath.

3. The Borax will add bubbles.

4. The oatmeal softens your water and acts as a skin smoother.

5. The powdered milk will simulate the skin-softening effects of a milk bath.

6. You can also dress the bags up with a rosebud and sprig of fresh rosemary and give them as gifts.
